The Valley of Clouds and Lightning is a water-filled valley covered in clouds and fog. Within this valley is a dark cavern, commonly used to train by those who can find it.

Shimagame

The Island Turtle serves as a training ground for the Kumo ninja, and is described as a moving fortress. Its size is so great that it can host other large animals as well as other natural and man-made structures.

The Conductive City

The Conductive City rests atop a plateau that is taller than most mountains. During a thunderstorm, due to the minerals within the plateau, the city is stricken with lightning more than a few dozen times. It is because of this that the city decided to harness this into power.

The Lightning Temple

The Lightning Temple is located at the top of one f the highest mountains and is overflowed with nature. It is home to specially trained Taijiquan monks. Often, this location is where academy students realize their chakra affinity.
